GRAND HOPE TRAVEL INC. was established in July 1999. This started as GRAND HOPE PHILIPPHINES, INC. when the incorporators decided to start as a General Sales Agent of GRAND AIR in 1995. When GRAND AIR ceased operations in 1998, the incorporators decided to amend the SEC registration to GRAND HOPE TRAVEL INC. with the desire to provide travel services both for international and domestic front. Grand Hope Travel, Inc. grew from a local tour company to an international outbound travel agency.

The year 2000 was the formal opening of our TRAVEL AGENCY. In that same year GRAND HOPE TRAVEL, INC. had passed the accreditation requirements of the DEPARTMENT OF TOURISM, Regional Office and was issued a license with license no. T0-205-2000. Grand Hope Travel is a bonafide member of CATC, CCTA, and PIATA. In 2001, Grand Hope Travel, Inc. opened its branch in SM and in 2003, the incorporator's decided to increase their capitalization to PHP 5,000,000.00 with the intention of becoming an IATA (International Air Transport Association) member. Finally in June 15, 2004, Grand Hope travel, SM Branch, received their accreditation from IATA with No.283-04721.

Travel and tours services soon grew to include international and local tours; itinerary planning; airline reservations including direct access to different airlines and computerized reservation with the installation of Abacus and Amadeus reservation system in the office;  domestic hotel reservation including provincial hotels as well as throughout the whole world. International and Domestic Airline ticketing for regular and discounted fares are directly from their ticket stocks; documentation services to include passporting, immigration clearances, and visa assistance upon departure,subject to rules and regulations of the International Airport. Likewise, we offer package tours to USA,CANADA, EUROPE, AUSTRALIA, and NEW ZEALAND. Transfer services are provided to domestic hotel, resorts, and other destinations including all Asian countries.

Amidst the stiff competition in the travel industry, GRAND HOPE TRAVEL, INC has maintained its respected name as a travel and tours company by providing professional services to their clientele, offering the largest sales network of any travel agency in the country and continuously providing training programs responsive to the needs of the industry aimed primarily to improve the quality of the personnel for the better standard of service to the traveling public.
